Madame Blue Lady is an all-natural, sweet, fruity with floral notes green Chinese Sencha tea. This mouthwatering blend has a rich, cherry blossom note which blended in with hints of soft tropical fruit, gifts us with a healthy and at the same time flavoursome blend. A perfect answer to those of you in search of wellbeing and a healthy lifestyle in a cup!

Sweet Dreams is a delicate, floral, 100% natural caffeine free bed time herbal tea. Prepared by mixing chamomile flowers, rose petals, fennel, lemon balm, linden blossom and lavender together, this wonderfully balanced blend is a very relaxing, cleansing herbal tea which also may aid digestion.

SPECIAL BLEND:
Taste: balanced, with hints of floral scents, citrus, honey and a light caramelised aftertaste
Colour: sandalwood red
Goes well with: perfect with breakfast food: eggs, bacon or with cream cakes and desserts
Time of day: breakfast and tea time. Excellent throughout the day.
Beneficial properties: black tea, known as “red tea” in China, is produced with fully oxidized leaves of the Camelia Sinensis. The tea plant contains vitamins, minerals, polyphenols and caffeine, which help us improve performance and concentration.
Preparation
Quantity: 2g for 150 ml of water
Temperature: 95 °
Infusion: 3-4 minutes
Storage: keep in a cool, dry and dark place, in an airtight container

MADAME BLUE LADY

Goes well with: Sweets: lemon pie, pavlova, Victoria sponge, shortbread, cheese cake, carrot cake, scones
Time of day: ideal all day
Beneficial properties: Green tea is the oldest of the tea categories and is produced mostly in China, with the buds of the Camelia Sinensis or with the bud and the first young leaves. Once the leaves are plucked, they are left to oxidize slightly before the process is stopped either by dry heat or by steam (Japan). Because green teas are only slightly oxidized they keep all the healthy benefits of the Camelia Sinensis, such as polyphenols, antioxidants, fluorides, minerals and vitamins.

Infusion: 2-3 minutes

SWEET DREAMS
Taste: floral with subtle sweet notes Predominant Hints: floral
Colour: yellow
Time of day: ideal all day, because it contains no caffeine. Specially before bed time.

Infusion: 5 minutes
Storage: keep in a cool, dry and dark place, in an airtight container
Ingredients
Chamomile (25%), Rose Petals, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Linden Blossom, Lavender

Ideal at bed time, and whenever in need of some relaxation
We recommend you drink this infusion pure or with a little honey
