Sweet Dreams is a delicate, floral and 100% natural bed time Herbal Tea, prepared by mixing Chamomile Flowers, Rose Petals, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Linden Blossom and Lavender together in a wonderfully balanced blend. A very relaxing, cleansing herbal tea which also may aid digestion

Taste: floral with subtle sweet notes

Predominant Hints: floral

Colour: yellow

Time of day: ideal all day, because it contains no caffeine. Specially before bed time.

Preparation

Quantity: 2-3g per cup

Temperature: 95°

Infusion: 5 minutes

Storage: keep in a cool, dry and dark place, in an airtight container

Ingredients: Chamomile (25%), Rose Petals, Fennel, Lemon Balm, Linden Blossom, Lavender

Tips: Ideal at bed time, and whenever in need of some relaxation. We recommend you drink this infusion pure or with a little honey

Sweet Dreams is a delicate, floral and 100% natural bed time Herbal Tea, prepared by mixing yellow Chamomile buds, pink rose petals, green Linden Balm leaves, brown Fennel seeds and purple Lavender buds. A very relaxing, soothing and cleansing “functional” Herbal Tea.

Herbal Teas are a relatively new entry in the story of Babingtons as a result of our clients asking for a caffeine free tea. Since we introduced them in our shop, they have been growing in sales and are now part of the Babingtons official selection of blends.

But what exactly is a functional tea? Functional teas are those teas which are said to have a “function” for our organism. So not simply good, but also helpful dor our wellness.

Herbs have always been a great ally in treating our health and there are many studies which prove their effects and benefits on our organism. However they are not medicines and therefore cannot be treated as such. What we can say is that all the ingredients used in our Sweet Dreams functional Herbal Tea are 100% natural and because the ingredients used are known for helping relax, calm, and generally improve our well being, it is a soothing blend to be enjoyed at any time of the day, but specially before going to sleep.
