The lovely floral notes of the calming ingredients in Sweet Dreams are perfect for a good night's sleep, for which is was created for, but also during the day when things get a bit too hectic. Both blends are not too sweet so if you want to sweeten them, its preferable to add some honey, instead of sugar, to keep all their qualities. A fantastic duo for the whole family’s wellbeing!
